Pay Per Load Plan

Our Pay Per Load Plan was put in place for our direct shippers to have their very own dispatch to secure certified trucking company to haul their shipments.

Capital City Dispatch Freight  Services Certifies the transporters motor carrier authority, insurance and safety record prior to any dispatch by Capital City Dispatch which we charge $25.00 for processing!

Capital City Dispatch requirements are as  follows:

1. A copy of your active Motor Carrier Authority.

2. A completed company W9 Form. 

3. A copy of your company Insurance Certificate.

We require $1 Million in Auto Liability and $100,000.00 in Cargo as a minimum.

Power only trucks must have a $100,000 non-owner writer!

The cost for this plan is a flat rate of $45.00.00 per dispatch.
